I'm always daydreaming of making things...these past few weeks I had the urge to make MAGNETS. Here is the result of an intensive week at my table cutting and glueing and then admiring my work. :) Visit my Etsy shop for more info.

Shakespeare in the Park

San Antonio Folks...
Head on over to the Botanical Gardens May 22-23rd to enjoy 'Shakespeare in the Park'. This year the Magik Theatre and ARTS San Antonio is showing 'The Tempest'. Gates open at 6pm. Presentation begins at 8pm. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on the lawn....whichever you choose you're bound to have a great evening.

ChickRocks now is offering photography in her shop. At the moment, I have several HOLGA black & white 7x10 prints for sale at only $22. Each photo was professionally printed and mounted on art board. There's no need for a frame...its ready to be displayed and enjoyed!

April's First Friday

I am so excited...ChickRocks will be exhibiting some photographs at Loft Studio this April's First Friday. For those that don't know, besides jewelry and papergoods, I love photography. Especially film photography. Latley I've been fascinated with my Holga. In fact this weekend, I took a field trip to Mission San Juan Batista and Mission Espada in my home town of San Antonio. I will be posting some of my pics tomorrow on my Flickr. I can't wait!
